The only way to know if your current Will is valid is to have it evaluated by an experienced attorney. An attorney will be able to look at your Will and compare it to existing law and tell you whether it’s valid. It may be valid, but it might not do what you want. Often times people come from out of state with Wills done in the other state. And while they may be legally valid in the state of Florida, they may not still do what you want done. The way to know for sure is to have your Will evaluated by an experienced estate planning professional.
