Front Desk Receptionist – Crystal River

Our law firm is seeking a full-time Front Desk Receptionist in Crystal River, Florida. The position will provide training and opportunities for professional growth in a positive, team-oriented work environment.

The duties of the position include receiving visitors, welcoming and directing clients, answering, screening, and directing incoming phone calls, and scheduling appointments, while providing 5 Star customer service to the firm’s clients.

Qualified candidates must possess the following:

Availability to work in our Crystal River office location from 9AM-5PM, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
The ability and willingness to work collaboratively in a team environment
The ability to organize, multi-task, and prioritize tasks
Reliability and trustworthiness, as well as the ability to maintain client confidentiality
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
